Weekends only walking & sitting available at the moment!

Hello! My name is Hannah. I have grown up with a dog and cat which were the loves of my life. More recently my partner and I rescued our own dog who is absolutely amazing but has had some behavioural challenges. Working closely with a behaviourist has opened my eyes to how individual each dogs needs can be - beyond the basics of walk, food and play. It's made me more mindful and tuned in to what helps dogs feel safe calm and happy!

Whether I'm walking your dog or looking after them at home I will make sure they get the mental stimulation and enrichment they need. I'm confident handling dogs who may need a bit of extra understanding and always take time to make sure they're comfortable as the new person in their life.

Previously myself and my partner have dog sat and walked so I'm very used to the routine with it. We have recently moved back into a family home while saving for our own place (and hopefully expanding our dog family!) and in the mean time I want to spend my free time doing something I genuinely enjoy - being around dogs and helping to support other dog owners.

I spend a lot of time working with our dog with basic positive reinforcement training, I find this gives him some mental stimulation and has fun with it! Let me know if you would like me to try and reinforce any training with your dog while out on walks or at the home! Some examples are touch ques, engage disengage with triggers, look, sit, wait, loose leash walking etc.

I also adore cats and would be more than happy to house sit and keep them company (or give them space whichever they prefer!)

Located in the DLR area - glasthule, dun Laoghaire, killiney, shankill, monkstown, blackrock but I can also travel a bit outside of these areas for overnights.

I also am available to travel to pet sit outside of Dublin for house sits only which are longer than 2 days! A small travel cost will be added onto the visit ☺️
