I'm a 24 year old, animal care assistant, working in the DSPCA, and living in Dun Laoghaire, hoping to do veterinary medicine next year!

From a young age, I have always had a passion and natural curiosity for animal science and medicine. This motivated me to gain experiences in a variety of animal care roles and apply to veterinary in university.

I am a hardworking, self-motivated individual who is looking to progress my studies and gain experience. I believe my personality, interest, previous experience, and desire to work with animals makes me a very suitable person for the job.

I am fully certified by AniEd in Dog Handling and Pet First Aid. Upon completion of my degree last year (advanced animal care) I am now a fully qualified dog groomer and animal care assistant. I also have the basics in dog training and canine obedience.

Due to the nature of my job at the minute I’m out of the house 9:30-5:30 Monday-Friday, I know this might not be for everyone’s requirements, as some pets like more company time the others !

I am available for home visits or pet sitting exclusively at this time. I can spend as long as required with the pets, playing or exercising with them, or simply chilling out. I can also water plants, bring in mail, administer oral medication, or feed and provide fresh water ! I'd love to snap a few pics to keep you updated on your pet :), the duration spent would be dependent on the pets needs and usual routine.
