Hi I’m Virginia a big animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs and cats. I’ve had dogs practically my entire life, since I was 9 years old, when my parents finally allowed me to have one! I’ve mainly looked after pets belonging to family and friends, and this is my first time offering my services through a pet-sitting platform. For me, taking care of an animal means much more than simply going for walks or playing fetch. I love getting to know each dog’s personality and understanding what makes them happy and comfortable. Whether they are playful, calm, affectionate or more independent, I always try to adapt to their individual needs. I absolutely love giving cuddles and affection, but I also deeply respect their personal space and boundaries. My priority is to make every pet feel safe, relaxed and cared for. My Services: Dog Walking: My standard walks last up to 30 minutes, depending on each dog’s age, energy level and individual needs. I’m also happy to arrange longer walks if your dog needs more exercise or outdoor time. We can always discuss the duration beforehand. I’m also comfortable walking two dogs at the same time, as long as they know each other or belong to the same household. Home Visits & Pet Sitting: I offer home visits of up to 45 minutes, depending on what your pet needs. If you only need me to provide food and check that everything is okay, the visit can be shorter. If your pet needs company, playtime or extra attention, I’m happy to stay longer, up to 45 minutes. We can always agree on the details beforehand. I can also look after your pets at their own home, following their usual routines. Boarding at My Home: I can also offer boarding in my own home for 1-2 days with me present at home all time, but I can only accommodate small dogs. I have a dog of my own who is not particularly sociable and sometimes needs her own space. I can keep them separated when necessary, but I would always consider both dogs’ personalities and needs before accepting a booking. I would never put any animal in a situation where they might feel uncomfortable, stressed or unsafe. Their well-being always comes first. I’m happy to look after dogs of all sizes when it comes to walks and home visits, from puppies to senior dogs, as well as cats. Medication & Special Care: I have no problem administering oral medication, provided you give me clear instructions about the dosage and schedule. Unfortunately, I’m not comfortable administering injections. Please let me know in advance if your pet has any medical needs or requires special attention. Updates & Communication: I understand how important it is to know that your pet is doing well while you’re away. I’m happy to send photos and regular updates during visits. I can also arrange a video call so you can see your furry baby yourself. If medication needs to be administered or you’d simply like some extra reassurance, we can even arrange a video call during the visit. Availability: I currently have full availability on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I also have another job, so my availability on other days may vary.
